Additional characters have an additional charge for every character(ex. +2 characters for a Flat commission will now be $40)

The max amount of characters is 3 total

If commission exceeds 3 total characters, we will discuss a plan for it

Simple backgrounds are either a solid colour or a gradient

Complex backgrounds are unique and intricate with graphic elements, or scenic settings

Transparent backgrounds are by request only

PAYMENT - A PayPal Invoice with the full amount of the commission will be sent to your email. Commissions MUST be paid in full before I start working on it (negotiable).

DEADLINES - Please specify if the commission needs to be done by a certain date. It'll take me about one week to complete your commission, which includes concepts, feedback, and finalization. If you need it done sooner, please state that beforehand.

CHANGES/REVISIONS- There are two different stages where you can request revisions to your commission: the Sketch phase and the Colour phase. You may request up to three revisions for either phase of your commission, at no extra cost. However, revisions that exceed that number will have an additional charge per change to your commission.

Minor changes will be an additional 25% fee. These include expressions changes, clothing adjustments, or addressing a small pre-existing detail already appearing on the illustration during the sketch phase; or a colour swap during the colour phase.

Major changes will be an additional 100% fee. These include pose changes, composition changes, and adding details that were not previously discussed during the sketch phase; or multiple colour changes or fixing shadows/highlights during the colour phase.

DISCONTINUED WORK & REFUNDS - I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. If a commission becomes discontinued, a full refund will be sent back to you. If you need to be refunded due to an emergency, the commission becomes discontinued and you shall be refunded the full amount.

FINALIZED WORK - Once the commission is completely done, you will receive an email of a .PNG file of the commission. There are no refunds once a commission is finalized.

LINE OF COMMUNICATION - I'll be contacting you during the entire commission process, so it'll be important that we stay in touch. Initial contact will be through email, and that will be my main way on updating you about the status of your commission. However, if there's another way to keep in contact with you, we can use that method going forward.

SOCIAL SHARING - I reserve the right to post your commission to my gallery upon completion. If you wish to remain anonymous or prefer I don't post it, it shall be granted to you. In turn, you may post the commission to your socials, but please do not remove, obstruct, or crop out my signature from the commission.

USAGE - You are permitted to use the commission as a profile image, banner, or reference art. However, unless discussed beforehand during payment, I do not authorize or approve the commission to be used for monetary gain (ex. turning it into merch, selling design, making it an NFT). I do not authorize or approve the commission to be used for AI training

VISUAL REFERENCES - I need a solid, concrete idea of what you're commissioning me to draw. Please be very specific about details, but keep them close the commission original's idea (ex. no new complex designs or pose changes half way through the commission process). You may send as many reference images as needed to me so that we're both on the same page.
